OpenTable integration
Send guests to your OpenTable booking page directly from the chatbot.

Prerequisites
- OpenTable booking URL
- Optional restaurant ID (RID)
Setup steps
- Open Admin > Integrations > OpenTable.
- Paste the booking URL and optional RID.
- Save the settings.
Behavior notes
OpenTable integrations use redirect links only. The chatbot does not call the OpenTable API.
Expected outcome
- Guests receive a booking link that opens OpenTable.
- Booking intent questions route to your configured URL.
Common issues
- Invalid booking URL or missing https scheme.
- Expecting live availability checks (not provided by OpenTable redirect).
