Shopify
Add the widget to your Shopify theme so it loads on every storefront page.

Add the snippet to theme.liquid
- Go to Online Store > Themes.
- Click Actions > Edit code on your live theme.
- Open theme.liquid and paste the script before </body>.
- Save the file.
Publish and verify
If you edited a duplicate theme, make sure to publish it. Then reload your storefront and confirm the widget is visible.
Expected outcome
- The widget loads across all storefront pages.
- The chat opens without errors or styling conflicts.
Common issues
- Editing a non-live theme and forgetting to publish it.
- Shopify caching delays the widget until a hard refresh.
