Widget not showing
Fix cases where the chat bubble never appears on the page.

Confirm the script is present
- View page source and search for /api/widget
- Confirm the script is on the live theme or template
- Publish changes and hard refresh
Check domain mapping
If the domain in your business profile does not match the live site, the widget may fail to load the correct business.
Disable blockers
Test in an incognito window with extensions disabled to rule out ad blockers or privacy tools.
Expected outcome
- The chat bubble appears after fixing installation or domain issues.
Common issues
- Script installed on a staging or unpublished theme.
- CSP or extension blocking the widget script.
