Plan requirements

Integrations are available on Enterprise plans. If your plan does not include integrations, you will see a prompt to upgrade.

How integrations are stored

Credentials are stored per business and used only by secure server-side routes. Updates apply immediately to the chatbot.

Expected outcome

  • You know which integrations to consider and how to enable them.
  • You understand the plan requirements for bookings.

Common issues

  • Attempting to configure integrations on a non-Enterprise plan.
  • Missing provider credentials or booking URL.
