What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may also use similar technologies such as local storage to keep the service secure and reliable. These technologies help us remember essential settings and keep you signed in.
Strictly necessary cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies required to operate the service. Disabling them may prevent login or other core features.
- Supabase auth cookies (sb-<project>-auth-token.0 / sb-<project>-auth-token.1) to keep you signed in and protect your session.
- hf_auth_pkce-code-verifier for short-lived, secure authentication flows (PKCE).
Cookieless analytics
We collect aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics to understand platform usage and improve performance (for example, page views or feature usage totals). These metrics do not use analytics cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not create persistent identifiers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not record analytics events.
Where these technologies are used
Marketing website
We do not run marketing pixels or third-party advertising cookies. The site may load the HikariFloww widget script (first-party) and records cookieless, aggregated usage counts.
Admin dashboard
Uses strictly necessary auth cookies and local storage for secure sign-in and session management. Analytics remain cookieless and aggregated.
Embedded chatbot widget
Stores a session identifier in local storage to keep chat context within a visit. The widget does not set analytics cookies and only emits aggregated events. Some responses may display a third-party map iframe when a user requests location details.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect functionality. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
