What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may also use similar technologies such as local storage to keep the service secure and reliable.
Strictly necessary cookies
- Supabase authentication cookies (business owner sign-in)
- Short-lived authentication flow cookies for PKCE-based sign-in
- A guest account session cookie, set only when you sign in to your bookings account
- A support-session cookie, set only when our support team is helping a business with its account
We also use local and session storage for things like remembering your chat conversation, interface preferences and your cookie choice. None of these are used for advertising or to track you across sites.
Maps and other third-party content
Venue pages and the chatbot can show a Google map. Google Maps sets its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy, so we only load it if you accept optional cookies in our cookie banner. If you reject them, or haven't chosen yet, the map stays hidden until you click "Show map".
Optional cookies and your choice
The only optional cookies are Google's, set by Google Maps. We remember your Accept or Reject choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with "Change cookie settings" on this page.
Payments
Card payments are taken on Stripe's own checkout pages, which are governed by Stripe's cookie and privacy policies.
Cookieless analytics
We collect aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics without analytics cookies and without tracking you across sites.
