Admin overview

A tour of the HikariFloww admin panel and its core areas.

Main areas of the dashboard

  • Business: profile, hours, menu, and business type fields

  • Chatbot: greeting, quick replies, channels, response delay, and brand color

  • Integrations: bookings and external platforms (Enterprise)

  • Settings: account details, billing portal, and install/share links

Saving changes

Some pages use a sticky save bar. Always click Save after editing to ensure updates reach the live widget.

Plan gating

Channel access depends on plan (Starter for website, Starter - WhatsApp for WhatsApp, Pro/Enterprise for both). Analytics are available on Pro and Enterprise. Integrations require Enterprise.
