Widget shows but will not open
Resolve issues where the bubble appears but clicking does nothing.

Check for overlays
- Look for sticky elements covering the bubble
- Increase z-index or adjust layout on your site
- Test on a clean page template if possible
Inspect console errors
Open the console to see if any errors are preventing the widget from opening. Fix errors on the page first, then retest.
Test across devices
Check desktop and mobile. Mobile uses a bottom-sheet style panel and may be affected by custom overlays.
Expected outcome
- The widget opens consistently when clicked.
Common issues
- CSS overlays or fixed headers intercepting clicks.
- JavaScript errors on the page stopping interaction.
