Install the widget in Wix using the Custom Code manager.

Add the script via Custom Code

  1. Go to Settings > Custom Code.
  2. Click Add Code and paste the script tag.
  3. Choose to load on all pages and place it at the end of body.
  4. Apply and publish.

Test the widget

Open your live site and ensure the chat bubble appears after the page loads.

Expected outcome

  • The widget appears across your Wix site.
  • The chat opens and responds to test questions.

Common issues

  • Snippet added to a single page instead of all pages.
  • Forgetting to publish after adding custom code.
