Plan and access limits

Integrations are available on Enterprise plans. If your plan does not include integrations, you will not be able to save credentials.

Provider constraints

  • OpenTable uses redirects only (no availability checks).
  • SevenRooms requires valid credentials and venue access.
  • Provider rate limits may apply.

Operational limitations

If a provider is down or slow, the chatbot will fall back to generic messaging. Monitor provider status as part of your operational checklist.

Expected outcome

  • You understand how integrations behave in production.
  • You can set realistic expectations with your team.

Common issues

  • Assuming real-time availability for providers that only support redirects.
  • Using integrations on a plan that does not include them.
