Plan tiers

  • Free: no live chatbot channels

  • Starter: website chatbot access

  • Starter - WhatsApp: WhatsApp chatbot access

  • Pro: website + WhatsApp channels with analytics

  • Enterprise: Pro features plus integrations and multi-location support

Plan-specific access

Website and WhatsApp channels are gated independently by plan. Analytics require Pro or Enterprise. Integrations and multi-location support require Enterprise.
