Analytics not updating
Fix missing analytics data or delayed updates.

Check plan access
Analytics are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Verify your plan in Settings if analytics are locked.
Allow processing time
Analytics are not always instant. Give a few minutes after new conversations for metrics to update.
Confirm data exists
Make sure real conversations happened in the selected date range. Test conversations can help validate data flow.
Expected outcome
- Analytics reflect recent conversations after a short delay.
Common issues
- Plan does not include analytics.
- Date range filters exclude recent conversations.
