SevenRooms integration
Connect SevenRooms to allow the chatbot to check availability and create bookings.
What you will learn
- Which SevenRooms credentials are required
- How to enter them in the admin panel
- How to test booking behavior
Prerequisites
- SevenRooms venue ID
- Client ID and client secret
- Optional API base URL for custom environments
Setup steps
- Open Admin > Integrations > SevenRooms.
- Enter your venue ID, client ID, and client secret.
- Save credentials to activate the integration.
Test the integration
Ask the chatbot about making a reservation and confirm it can check availability or proceed with a booking flow.
Expected outcome
- SevenRooms credentials are saved and active for your business.
- Booking requests succeed from the chatbot.
Common issues
- Incorrect venue ID or client secret causing authentication failures.
- Integration disabled because the plan is not Enterprise.
