SevenRooms integration

Connect SevenRooms to allow the chatbot to check availability and create bookings.

What you will learn

  • Which SevenRooms credentials are required

Prerequisites

  • SevenRooms venue ID
  • Client ID and client secret
  • Optional API base URL for custom environments

Setup steps

  1. Open Admin > Integrations > SevenRooms.
  2. Enter your venue ID, client ID, and client secret.
  3. Save credentials to activate the integration.

Test the integration

Ask the chatbot about making a reservation and confirm it can check availability or proceed with a booking flow.

Expected outcome

  • SevenRooms credentials are saved and active for your business.
  • Booking requests succeed from the chatbot.

Common issues

  • Incorrect venue ID or client secret causing authentication failures.
  • Integration disabled because the plan is not Enterprise.
