Follow this checklist to go from signup to a live chatbot in minutes.

10 minute checklist

  1. Add your business name, website domain, and address in the admin panel.
  2. Set opening hours and confirm your business type details.
  3. Add or review your menu or service list if applicable.
  4. Open the Chatbot tab to set a greeting and brand color.
  5. Copy the standard embed snippet and install it on your site.
  6. Open your site and start a test conversation.
  7. Review the Analytics dashboard after a few test messages.

First test conversation

Ask about hours, location, and a key service or menu item. This confirms the chatbot is reading your profile correctly.

  • Verify the greeting appears once
  • Confirm the chat opens on desktop and mobile
  • Check that responses reflect your latest business details

Expected outcome

  • The widget loads on your site and responds to test questions.
  • Analytics begins capturing the test conversation.

Common issues

  • Domain mismatch prevents the widget from loading your business profile.
  • Installation snippet placed in the wrong template or not published.
