Common billing issues
Resolve typical billing problems quickly.

Payment failed
- Update your payment method in Stripe
- Confirm your billing address and card details
- Retry the payment or contact support
Plan not updating
Log out and back in, then confirm the plan label in Settings. If it still shows the old plan, contact support with the invoice ID.
Billing portal access
If the portal link fails, try a different browser or clear cookies. Support can provide a direct link if needed.
Expected outcome
- Billing issues are resolved without service interruption.
Common issues
- Payment method expired or declined.
- Billing portal blocked by a browser extension.
