Greeting and welcome message
Set a short welcome message in the Chatbot settings. This appears once when a visitor opens the widget.
- Keep it under 100 characters for best display
- Include a clear invitation to ask questions
Language and response timing
Choose the default language and optional response delay to control pacing. These settings help the chatbot match your brand voice.
