Required details

  • Business name and domain

  • Exact URL where the issue occurs

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

  • Time and timezone of the incident

Technical evidence

  • Screenshot or screen recording

  • Browser console logs (look for [chatbot-widget])

  • Network errors for /api/widget or /api/messages

Where to send it

Submit diagnostics through the Contact Support page and include your account email so the team can correlate logs.
