Collect the right details to speed up troubleshooting.

What you will learn

  • Which diagnostics are most helpful
  • How to capture console logs and screenshots
  • What business details to include

Required details

  • Business name and domain
  • Exact URL where the issue occurs
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Time and timezone of the incident

Technical evidence

  • Screenshot or screen recording
  • Browser console logs (look for [chatbot-widget])
  • Network errors for /api/widget or /api/messages

Where to send it

Send diagnostics to support@chatbot.com or submit them via the Contact Support page.

Expected outcome

  • Support can reproduce and diagnose the issue quickly.

Common issues

  • Missing domain or URL details delays support follow-up.
  • No screenshots or logs to confirm the issue.
