- Business name and domain
- Exact URL where the issue occurs
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Time and timezone of the incident
Technical evidence
- Screenshot or screen recording
- Browser console logs (look for [chatbot-widget])
- Network errors for /api/widget or /api/messages
Where to send it
Send diagnostics to support@chatbot.com or submit them via the Contact Support page.
Expected outcome
- Support can reproduce and diagnose the issue quickly.
