Admin Copilot

Use the contextual admin assistant to summarize analytics, find missing setup, and draft safe changes without leaving the dashboard.

What you will learn

  • Which plans include Admin Copilot and where it appears
  • How page-aware context, website grounding, and safe apply work
  • What kinds of prompts get the best results

What Admin Copilot is

Admin Copilot is a contextual AI assistant inside the HikariFloww admin panel. It follows the page you are on and uses safe business context to answer questions, audit setup, and draft improvements.

It is designed for guided work inside the admin, not fully autonomous edits. You stay in control of what gets applied and saved.

  • Available on Pro and Enterprise plans

  • Visible as a persistent assistant panel inside the admin

  • Works across Analytics, Business, Chatbot, Settings, and supported integrations

What it can help with

Use Admin Copilot when you want faster answers from the page you are already viewing. It is strongest when the question matches the current admin section.

  • Summarize analytics trends and highlight unanswered topics

  • Spot missing business, menu, chatbot, or integration data

  • Draft safer settings or content improvements before you save

  • Suggest which page to visit next when a deeper fix is needed

How the context works

The assistant receives a sanitized snapshot of the current admin page, including unsaved form state where supported. If your business has a website domain configured, the assistant can also ground responses against the site automatically.

Deep analytics answers are most accurate when you ask from the Analytics page, because that page already has the filtered metrics snapshot the assistant uses.

Important

Secrets, passwords, raw tokens, and protected credentials are excluded from the assistant context.

How safe apply works

When Admin Copilot suggests a change, it stages the update in the current form first. It does not publish directly to your live chatbot or settings.

  1. Ask for a summary, audit, or draft.

  2. Review the proposal returned by the assistant.

  3. Apply the proposal to the current form when it looks correct.

  4. Use the existing save button or sticky save bar to publish the change.

Prompts that work well

  • Summarize the biggest analytics trends on this page.

  • What setup gaps should I fix first here?

  • Draft stronger quick replies for this chatbot.

  • Compare this page with the website and tell me what is missing.

  • What should I update before going live this week?

Expected outcome

  • You can use Admin Copilot confidently for summaries, audits, and safe draft changes.
  • You know when to ask from Analytics versus another admin page.

Common issues

  • Expecting the assistant to save directly without confirming the staged change.
  • Asking for deep analytics while on a non-Analytics page and expecting the same level of detail.
