Current knowledge sources

HikariFloww uses your business profile, menu data, and business type fields to build the system prompt. These inputs are the primary source of truth for responses.

Keep knowledge current

  • Update hours and address when they change
  • Refresh menu and service lists regularly
  • Use clear, customer-friendly descriptions

Additional sources

Private knowledge base sources are planned but not configurable in the UI yet. Contact support if you need to load additional documents.

Expected outcome

  • The chatbot answers accurately using your latest business data.
  • You know which fields to update to improve responses.

Common issues

  • Outdated menu or hours cause incorrect answers.
  • Assuming the chatbot can answer questions that are not in the profile data.
