Integrations require an Enterprise plan. Verify your plan before troubleshooting further.

Validate credentials or URLs

  • SevenRooms: confirm venue ID, client ID, and client secret

  • OpenTable: confirm the booking URL is valid and includes https

Test with a real query

Ask a booking question in the widget and confirm the expected response or redirect is returned.

Expected outcome

  • The integration returns valid booking responses.
