Check plan access
Integrations require an Enterprise plan. Verify your plan before troubleshooting further.
Validate credentials or URLs
- SevenRooms: confirm venue ID, client ID, and client secret
- OpenTable: confirm the booking URL is valid and includes https
Test with a real query
Ask a booking question in the widget and confirm the expected response or redirect is returned.
Expected outcome
- The integration returns valid booking responses.
