When redirects happen
If the chatbot detects booking intent and a booking URL is configured, it will return a call-to-action link.
Visitor experience
Visitors see a clear booking link or button in the chat. Clicking it opens the booking page in a new tab or window.

If your booking provider changes URLs or parameters, update the integration settings so redirects remain accurate.
